Closing Part 2 for Chris & Rachel! I am not sure if a better script could have been written on this sale. We were prepared well ahead of time, hit the market with a strong presence, and had two offers on day 1. Day 2 produced a third strong offer and we were pending within 36 hours of going live, selling over asking price.

The most humbling part was their trust conveyed to me. I am so honored when friends give me the opportunity to help them and know I will succeed.

Happy Closing Day!! Justin & Emily are the nicest/sweetest couple. We first met in October and our initial conversation was full of questions from them. They took the information and spent a few months preparing.

We began searching for homes in January. Home searches are full of peaks and valleys and this search had many more valleys than peaks. Justin & Emily never got distracted. They maintained the course, followed our plan, and landed right where they wanted to be in Holland!

The smiles on their faces today said it all. I’m thrilled to watch them grow in their new home.
