We've grown tremendously over the last 10 years...11 listings in 2011 to nearly 300 today. We attribute this to several factors...one of which is hiring the right people that are truly focused on their clients.
-If you are looking to work 85 hours a week to make a good income, Vision is NOT for you. We stress work/life balance and are family-focused!
-If you are looking to make your clients wealthy/wealthier while just working for clients until you have to retire, Vision likely isn't for you as almost half of the agents at Vision already own Commercial asset(s) and 3-4 others will next year. We will continue to buy assets; we offer 90% splits when you buy your own properties/assets and encourage our agents to be owners!
-If you want to wear a tie every day, we won't judge you, but that just isn't a Vision staple.
-If you love taking challenging listings and filling properties other companies/agents can't, overcoming obstacles is a part of our DNA.
-If you want to be a part of a team/company that gets pricing/feedback to ALL leads within minutes of calling, connects owners to EVERY lead on their properties instantly, has over 130,000 leads for the ENTIRE company to market listings, Maternity/Paternity leave coverage, an EXPERIENCED Administrator taking every lead for the agents WITH some of the highest commission splits in the industry...Vision may be a fit for you.
In the last few years, we've listed portfolios for several 5+ property owners, a Retail REIT, a Medical REIT and were the leasing agents for Globe Life Park in Arlington (former home of the Texas Rangers)! On the T-Rep side, we represent trendy retailers like Liquor Land, Acquario, Kava Kulture, Pollo La Pullita, Milkshake Factory, The Homeschool Hub and several more! Our growth means growing opportunities for you!
We have multiple offices throughout DFW. We own our Grapevine building and six other properties. Agents can participate in equity for purchases and are encouraged to buy their own CRE!!!!
We just experienced our highest April in company history!
