✨Looking back at 2025 I see immense growth✨
✨Looking forward to 2026 I see unlimited potential✨
Truth be told, I was absolutely terrified to launch Alexis Leinon Real Estate Company in April of 2025. Imposter syndrome pretty much sums it up when I stop to really think about where I was in the beginning mentally.
“Who am I to be starting a company solo?”
“Will clients trust me to help them as a boutique company?”
“Can I really do this alongside motherhood?”
All of these intrusive doubts ran through my mind regularly.
But, what did learn? Trust, grace, & patience. Trust in myself that anything is possible. Trust that my children are watching me with pride and admiration in their minds and hearts. Grace towards myself to accept that not everything will be perfect in the beginning and not every vision for this company will come to be right away. Patience in knowing that taking my time to build this company is of the utmost importance. Prioritizing putting in the time to build a back office and systems that can grow as I and the company do so no matter where things are at I can best help my clients and work along side my peers with confidence.
I also learned that no dream is too big and all it takes it just getting started. Start where you are at. There will never be the perfect time and there will never be the perfect circumstance. Similar to the real estate market once you stop to think about it! 🤪 Believe in your vision and yourself and others will, too.
With 2026 I aim to help guide my clients to a place they truly love, show up consistently, honestly, and with integrity, and continue to build a stronger company than yesterday.
