Yes… this is a long one, but I’m incredibly proud of what the first 90 days of 2026 have looked like as a Broker. More importantly, I’m grateful for the relationships behind every one of these transactions. My business has always been built on trust, referrals, friendships, and staying connected long after the closing table — and this quarter was a perfect example of that.
🏡 Officially became Lisa Stradel Realty LLC Brokerage on January 6, 2026 — a big milestone made possible by the support of my amazing clients, friends, and community.
🏡 Helped a new client spend a full weekend touring homes, found the perfect match, and closed in just 15 days — such a fun start with a great couple.
🏡 Closed on a wonderful Reedsville home for a young couple expanding their family — seeing clients find a home that truly fits their next chapter is the best part of what I do.
🏡 Received a call from someone I’ve known since she was 4 years old — honored she trusted me to help sell their home. We created a one-party listing, worked through weekend lender details, signed Monday and closed 21 days later. Relationships like this mean everything to me.
🏡 Repeat clients moving back to the area — after years, they called me again. We did virtual showings, found a gorgeous home, shifted lenders to best serve their needs, completed the final walkthrough during “Elsa,” and successfully closed. Nothing better than clients turning into lifelong connections.
🏡 Coordinated a FSBO transaction for past clients and served as dual agent — another example of clients continuing to circle back.
🏡 A deal nearly 3 years in the making finally coming together — patience, persistence, and trust paying off.
🏡 Multiple repeat clients buying AND selling — accepted offers on both sides and more closings ahead.
🏡 Several new referrals from past clients — including beautiful acreage properties coming soon. Referrals like these are the greatest compliment I can receive.
🏡 Pocket listings, one-party listings, and private showings connecting buyers and sellers — often behind the scenes.

• Donated to Hope House of Manitowoc County Humor for Hope
• Supported Reedsville Wrestling Club (and watched my grandson Grady’s first match ❤️)
🌴 Even squeezed in a vacation — still working daily, still taking calls, but enjoying toes in the sand!
