I currently have 10 different clients under contract at the same time! 🏡🔥

At this point, my phone battery has filed a formal complaint, my calendar looks like a game of Tetris on expert mode, and my truck automatically drives toward closing offices without me touching the steering wheel.

I've answered so many calls, texts, and questions lately that Siri now refers to me as "The Real Estate Hotline."

The good news? Thanks to these amazing clients trusting me with their real estate goals, I may finally be able to make a dent in the Amazon credit card bill that my wife has been aggressively building one Prime package at a time. 📦

Every day another Amazon truck pulls into the driveway like it's delivering supplies to a small developing nation. At this point, I think the driver knows our dog by name.

Now the mission is simple: get all 10 of these deals to the closing table and prevent my wife from discovering the "Buy Again" button. 😂

I'm extremely thankful. Whether you're buying your first home, selling a property, investing, or chasing that next opportunity, I'm grateful for every client who trusts me to help navigate the process.

I apparently collect listings.
