Just Sold this week!

I always meet my Clients where they are. What works for one client does not necessarily work for the next client.

This Client was a referral from a past client. Tenants were not kind to her rental. The Duplex needed a roof before more damage was done as well.

What was most important to her was a fast closing and not having to worry about the property anymore.

From the time I viewed the property until closing was just over 3 weeks. She never had to go back to the property after I met her there initially.

Big win and fast closing due to a good network that I have built up.

It’s important to me to find out what’s most important to my clients.

Closing #1 today!

I met these Sellers while in line to buy a Whitnal Botanical Garden yearly pass. I overheard him say his daughter needed to sell her home and the Agent was not calling them. Well, anyone that knows me, knows I can’t keep my mouth shut. Slid my card over and today was closing day!!

I’m so happy for the Sellers! We had a strategy and it was executed perfectly! The result was 9 offers and $30,000 over asking price!

Great home in South Milwaukee near parks!

Closing #2 today!!

So happy for my Seller on this great Racine home! We had multiple offers and it sold for $10,000 over asking!

The buyers are so excited and had toured 66 homes and lost out on multiple offers!

The Buyer’s agent was great and ironically, was the Listing agent on the condo my Client bought! What are the chances?

Congratulations to my Seller on multiple offers 2nd day on the market! We had so many showings and a crazy open house that was nonstop traffic.
