I’m looking for a Catholic Church with prominent statuary for a filmmaker friend. This would be for a film project series about a priest that has a special spiritual connection . Reminisce with Real Estate Rick

Back in 1992, I sold this 69 + or - Acre property to Kennywood Corporation, the owners of Kennywood Park and Idlewild Park at the time!

During this transaction, I got to meet and work with a few legends!

I presented the property to Harry Henninger, whose Family Owned both Kennywood & Idlewild Parks, and his business partner, at their Idlewild Park office. The 69 Acre parcel fronted on Route 30 in Ligonier Township across from Idlewild.

During that time, I got to work with Harry, and I discovered what a great individual he was. He was like a real life W***y Wonka and and excellent gentleman!

I also got to meet and work with the owner of the property at that time, none other than, Mr. Jack Brown, another local legend. I have an incredible series of stories that involve Jack and I got to know him pretty well back in the day. We went on to do other business together which I remember fondly and highly value those memories.

At that time my real estate license was with  Cambruzzi Real Estate in Irwin, PA, where I started my now 33 year real estate career, alongside another legend, Mr. Andy Cambruzzi! I immediately grew to respect Andy immensely, and love him very deeply! I miss Andy to this day, and think of him often!

What a time to remember! 

I’m considering doing a “video reel estate series” giving some details on this real estate transaction and others. If anyone is interested in this type of content please comment below and that could be something I do in the near future!
