Will and I worked together on this one, and after this home had previously been listed with multiple other agents, Team Limani got it SOLD! 🔑👏

It definitely wasn’t without a few hiccups! 😅 We worked our way through a chain reaction of home-sale contingencies—lots of moving pieces, communication, patience and problem solving—but we got everyone to the closing table! 🎉

My longtime friend Mel took her sweet time finding the one… and I’m so glad she did! ❤️ We looked at a LOT of houses, but she wasn’t settling—and this one checked all of her boxes and then some!

There’s something extra special about helping a friend find the place that finally feels like HOME. 🥹🔑

Moral of the story: Don’t rush it. Don’t settle. And work with an agent who has the patience to take you to ALLLLL the houses until we find the right one! 😂🏠

🏡✨ JUST SOLD | 699 Brinkerton Road, Greensburg ✨🏡

This one was a little extra fun for me.

For YEARS, when I lived in New Stanton, I would drive past this home and always admire it. It was one of those houses that just caught my eye every single time. Fast forward to now, and somehow I got to help my good friend’s daughter make it HER home. ❤️

One thing I always try to do with my buyers is let them form their own opinions. I never want my excitement, or lack of it, to influence how they feel about a house.

But this one? 😂

She walked in, I looked at her, she looked at me, and we were BOTH grinning from ear to ear. We knew immediately that this home was something special.

It is absolutely incredible, and I am not even going to pretend I’m not a tiny bit jealous. 😂 Congratulations on your gorgeous new home! I am so excited for you and all of the memories you’re going to make here.

My little cousin is MOVING ON UP! 🥹❤️

She and her husband have officially sold their first home on Route 130, a place that held so many memories and was the beginning of such an exciting chapter for them. Now, they’re onto their new home on Glacier Drive, where I know there are countless new memories, milestones and special moments waiting to be made. 🏡🔑

I am so incredibly excited for the two of you and everything this next chapter has in store. There is something pretty amazing about watching family grow, build a life together and take that next big step. ❤️

A huge CONGRATULATIONS to my cousin and her husband on both the sale of their first home and the purchase of their new one! 🥂🏠

And congratulations as well to the buyer of their Route 130 home on their new beginning, and to the sellers of the Glacier Drive home as they move on to their own next chapter. So many exciting changes wrapped up in two closings! 🎉
