We’re excited to welcome Silvia Holliday to the REMAX Results family in Columbia! Silvia Holliday will be the Agent Development Director. Join us in welcoming her to the LRG family.
With 28 years of calling Sumter home, her story began in Guadalajara, Mexico. Proudly bilingual in English and Spanish, she spent time in Texas before serving in both the U.S. Navy and U.S. Army. Today, she is proud to call the Sumter/Shaw AFB community home.
A mother of four and proud “Gamma” to two grandchildren, family, relationships, and community are at the heart of everything she does.
She has been passionate about real estate since 2008 and joined RE/MAX in 2013. Today, she proudly serves as Agent Development Director for RE/MAX RESULTS, helping new agents discover their potential, build successful businesses, and create lasting careers while continuing to serve buyers and sellers throughout the community.
Her career includes being named 2016 REALTOR® of the Year, serving as President of the Sumter Board of REALTORS® in 2017, and graduating from the SCR Leadership Class of 2016.
As a veteran, military spouse, and former Key Spouse at Shaw AFB, she has a special passion for supporting military families through relocation, VA financing, and the journey of finding a place to call home.
She is also honored to serve as an Ambassador to the Greater Sumter Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Sumter/Shaw Community Committee, and a 2019 Tuomey Fellows graduate.
Above all, her mission is simple: build genuine relationships, make a positive impact, and leave people better than she found them. She believes God has written a beautiful story for her life—and He is still writing it.
