As a mom, one of the things I think about constantly is keeping the kids engaged, and makes that so easy!

Here are some of my favourite things happening for families this month:

Robert the Guitar Guy
Every Thursday morning, live music and movement for little ones. My kind of morning. 🥹

Crafty Kids
Wednesday afternoons at the library, hands-on crafts for K-5th grade. Free and fun.

Bicycle Sundays at Bronx River Parkway
Sept 13, 20 & 27. A whole 13 mile loop, car-free. Perfect family Sunday activity.

Outdoor Movie Night at Harbor Island, Mamaroneck
Sept 12 under the stars with food trucks. Yes please. 🍕

Cultural Heritage Festivals
Sept 13, noon to 6pm. Free, fun, and such a great way to expose kids to different cultures.

This is why I love raising kids in Westchester. There is always something wonderful to do. Save this for the month! 💛

July into August was for the books.

We moved! If you know me, you know this has been a long time coming and yes, I was my own agent for the whole thing. Let me tell you… representing yourself is a whole different experience. I have SO much more empathy for my clients now. 😂

But beyond my own move, July was genuinely one of my busiest months. I had the privilege of helping some amazing buyers find their perfect home and working with incredible sellers to get their properties sold. Watching families get the keys, sign the papers, and start their next chapter, there is honestly nothing like it.

Now we're heading into the fall, which is one of my favorite times to help families get settled before the holidays.

Grateful doesn't even cover it. 💛

Whats are real estate agents talking about lately?

Homes are selling in 20 days, at 106% of asking, With a median price of $1.05 million......... up 8.8% from last year and inventory? Still basically nothing.

So if you've been waiting for the "right time" to sell... babe, this is it.

If you're buying...... I say this with love, please stop lowballing people. It's not going to work. 😅

Nothing better than celebrating each other's wins with the people who just get it. This industry is not for the faint hearted and when someone in your circle closes, you celebrate like it's your own. That's the energy we're bringing into this weekend.
