Eric is a fourth-generation farmer who was raised and lives in Johnson County, Indiana. Eric led the family farm for over twenty years with his brother, Aaron and dad, Rob. He has extensive large-size farm operations and logistics experience. The farm was primarily non-specialized grains: corn, soybeans, and wheat. Additionally, Eric focused on regular and timely communications with over 150 landowners. These relationships became friendships and created a wonderful and caring farm community.

Eric has an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Indianapolis. He also holds an Indiana real estate salesperson license and an Indiana chemical applicator license. Eric has two energetic and athletic daughters he supports through travel and school programs. Oldest daughter, Addison, plays softball, while younger Piper plays softball and volleyball. Both girls participate in 4-H as well.
