What many people don’t see are the countless moving pieces happening behind every transaction. Sometimes it’s coordinating a contractor to repair a leak for a client on Memorial Day. Other times it’s handling a same-day flight cancellation for a client coming in for closing and quickly coordinating with the lender and title company so documents can be signed remotely and still close the same day.

These are just a couple of examples of the work happening behind the scenes daily to help keep things moving smoothly for our clients.

⏳ Average days on market up 21.39% to 44 days
