Sometimes a closing is just a closing…

And sometimes, a closing is a reminder of why you do what you do. ❤️

Today, we officially sold 637 Whitfield Walk! 🎉🔑🥂

And honestly? This one means a little more to me.

When this seller first reached out to me, I knew what I was up against. She is a fabulous, talented, and well-known photographer 📸✨ — which means she has no shortage of friends, family, clients, and connections… including plenty of people in real estate.

So when she ultimately chose to trust ME, I didn’t take that lightly. ❤️

Interest rates weren’t helping. Buyers weren’t exactly beating down the door. And despite this being an absolutely BEAUTIFUL home, sometimes the right buyer simply takes time to find. 🏡

But then…

They took a chance on me.

Congratulations to my buyer on the purchase of his brand-new home at 106 C St., Thomaston, GA!
