2025 was one of the hardest years our family has ever walked through. There were moments I didn’t know how we were going to keep pushing forward, and times when life felt heavier than I ever expected.

But through it all, I’ve been reminded just how blessed I truly am.

My husband stepped up in ways that I will never be able to fully put into words. From loving and helping raise a baby that isn’t biologically ours, to holding down our home when I couldn’t, to taking on the day-to-day responsibilities without hesitation… he carried us when I felt like I couldn’t carry anything at all.

That kind of love, support, and strength doesn’t go unnoticed. And I am so incredibly grateful for him.

And somehow… here we are.

Walking into 2026 with a new business, 3 homes SOLD, and 3 more PENDING. 🙌🏼

God has a way of bringing beauty out of the hardest seasons. What felt like survival mode has turned into growth, opportunity, and new beginnings.

This story on WSB-TV is exactly why I tell people:

Who you hire to sell or buy your home matters.

Before you sign anything — especially a quit-claim deed — make sure the person helping you is a licensed REALTOR®, not a “we buy houses for cash” investor and not an unlicensed house flipper.

Here’s the hard truth:

👉 A licensed REALTOR® is held to a legal and ethical standard through the National Association of Realtors.
👉 We have a fiduciary duty to protect your best interest.
👉 We can be disciplined, fined, or lose our license if we act unethically.

An unlicensed buyer or “cash investor”…

❌ does not have to put your best interest first
❌ does not have to disclose things the way a licensed professional must
❌ does not answer to any ethics board
❌ and is usually working for their profit — not your protection

I’ve seen too many homeowners rushed, confused, or pressured into signing documents they didn’t fully understand — and once a deed is signed, the damage can be permanent.

Your home is likely your largest financial asset.
Please don’t hand it over to someone who has no license, no oversight, and no obligation to protect you.
