Nothing a little Flex Seal and spray paint can’t fix…

Just kidding.

Damage like this inside the home can allow carbon monoxide to spill into the home instead of venting safely outside.

A few reminders:
• Install working carbon monoxide detectors on every level of your home.
• Have your furnace and venting system inspected during routine HVAC service.

Some defects aren’t just expensive. They’re dangerous.

New Construction Issues 👀

Brand new home. Brand new problems.

These are the kinds of issues buyers usually don’t find until AFTER move-in… when the excitement wears off and the headaches start.

That’s why it’s ALWAYS best to have a home inspection BEFORE closing. A fresh coat of paint and brand new finishes don’t always mean the home was built correctly.

Oversights can turn into expensive repairs if nobody catches them early.

I don’t have any off time to level out this farmers tan, so here we are.

At this point it’s not vanity… it’s corrective maintenance 😆
