Today, a simple trip to the office turned into the most unexpected surprise. Waiting for me was a handwritten card from Ruth & Gary Geragosian, filled with such thoughtful and heartfelt words that truly stopped me in my tracks.

We all get busy. We keep moving, showing up every day, and rarely pause to see the impact our work has on others. This card was a beautiful reminder of why I do what I do and that the best kind of review is the one you never expect.

I am incredibly grateful for clients & friends like Ruth & Gary who take the time to share encouragement. It truly was the best surprise and one I will not soon forget 💛

As this year comes to a close, I have been doing a lot of reflecting. On the closings that felt extra special. The first time buyers who trusted me with one of the biggest decisions of their lives. The repeat clients who have become friends. The challenges, the wins, and all the moments in between.

This year also brought exciting growth with the start of RK Collective and the addition of my new partner, Rhonda. Building something new alongside someone who shares the same values and vision has been incredibly rewarding, and I am proud of what we are creating together.

Real estate is not just contracts and keys. It is people, timing, trust, and a whole lot of heart. I am so grateful for every client who called, texted, referred a friend, or supported me in any way this year. Your trust means everything to me.

As I look ahead to the new year, I am excited for what is coming next. New goals. New opportunities. And continuing to show up for my clients with honesty, dedication, and care. If this year reminded me of anything, it is that relationships matter most, and that will always be at the center of my business.
