It's a Sunday afternoon. The great room is full of light because the back wall is two stories of windows. You're at the island making lunch and the loft upstairs has gotten loud about something, probably a sibling rivalry that escalated three minutes ago.

Your owner's suite is on the first floor. Fifteen steps from the couch and a hundred percent staircase-free, which means when the noise upstairs gets to be too much, you don't have far to go when you need an escape.

By the time lunch is over, somebody decided to walk to the community pool. Somebody else is on the patio with a book. And the dog is at the back door deciding whether the sprinklers count as a threat.

This is the kind of Sunday a 2024 build doesn't usually hand you on day one. Patio poured last November. Yard already irrigated. EV charger in the garage since last April.
