Billionaire David Miller and the Miller family made a major contribution to help shorten wait times for children with critical illnesses to have their wishes fulfilled.

The Millers are well known for their philanthropy at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, including being part of a $50 million donation earlier this year to recruit and retain student-athletes.
