📝 Red Flag #1: Fees to Tour a Property
🚩 A real landlord will NOT ask you to pay a fee just to see a property.
💸 If they want money before a tour — walk away
📝Red Flag #2: Little or No Online Presence 👤
🚩 The “landlord” barely exists online or has a brand-new profile
📱 No history, no mutuals, no legit posts = be cautious
📝Red Flag #3: Not a Verified Team Member 🔒
🚩 They claim to work for a company but aren’t listed or verified
🏢 Always check official websites or contact the company directly
📝Red Flag #4: Price Is WAY Too Good💰
🚩 If the rent seems unbelievably low, it probably is a scam
⚠️ If it seems too good to be true, then it probably is
