Some people deserve way more recognition than they ever ask for, and today I’m giving a huge shoutout to Tracey ❤️
Behind every contract, deadline, amendment, calendar invite, scheduling issue, closing, and last-minute fire drill is someone helping keep everything moving smoothly - and honestly, keeping my entire life together some days too. 😂

Tracey is not only incredible at what she does, but she’s also a hardworking mom balancing the chaos of business, kids’ sports, practices, games, and everyday life just like I am. And somehow, she still manages to stay organized, efficient, responsive, and on top of everything.

Friendly reminder to be EXTREMELY careful with emails/messages claiming to be from Meta/Facebook Business.

Someone gained access to my Facebook advertising account through what appeared to be a partner/business related request and immediately started running ad campaigns from overseas.

I woke up to hundreds of dollars gone overnight.

Thankfully I caught it quickly, secured my account, and I’ll get through it - but I wanted to share this because these scams are getting incredibly sophisticated and can happen fast, especially for business owners.

A few things I learned very quickly:
Turn on two-factor authentication
Double check every admin/partner attached to your account
Never click links from “Meta support” emails without verifying them first
Watch your ad accounts and payment methods closely

If sharing this helps even one person avoid going through the same thing, it’s worth posting.

And despite the stress, I’m still choosing to focus on what matters most this weekend. Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing moms out there 💕

One of the coolest things about this job is when a colleague turns into a friend, and then trusts you enough to become a client too. ❤️
I recently had the privilege of helping her buy a home and then turn right around and help her sell as well. Through the selling process, she did so much of the heavy lifting behind the scenes and truly gave it her all every step of the way. Selling a home can be exhausting and emotional at times, but she stayed proactive, patient, and determined through it all.
I’m incredibly grateful not only for the trust she placed in me during both transactions, but also for the friendship that came out of it. These are the moments and relationships that make this career so rewarding. 🏡✨
