Welcome Home Tim & Kasey! 🥂

These two were referred to me by Tim’s sister & it was such an honor to help them search for their first home. There is an overwhelming feeling when you first start a home search. And a lot of people are nervous to begin a conversation because they’ll be rushed or sold something. Maybe some other realtors would.

I certainly don’t.

We didn’t start until they felt comfortable and we made sure every question was answered. In the end they fell in love with the perfect home and felt confident through the whole process.

✨ 🦄 My unicorns!!

Samir and Leslie had been looking for over a year before they walked into an open house I was hosting for fellow Compass agent Adam Baldwin.

We started a great conversation and they talked about how they’d like to make a change in their process, since they were unhappy with how it was going. I invited them to meet with me the next day and we spoke for hours about the purchasing process, what they’d like from me, how I can help them, and answering any and all questions they had.

They decided to put in an offer on the home where we met! They loved it so much and had a great vision of what it could be with a little TLC. We discussed terms and submitted their offer during our meeting.

🥂 We found out the next day, their offer was accepted!

It was a quick three week turn around. We did all the inspections to make sure they knew every aspect of their new home. Everything was seamless with their lender Jared, title work from and the fantastic inspectors we hired.

It truly felt like fate had these two walking into the open house that beautiful Sunday. I am so happy to finally get them settled at their beautiful new home.

Congrats you two! You deserve it!! 💃🏼

Venice Beach Canals was one of my favorite stops on my weekend California trip! 🌴
