7 days on the market, 2 weeks to close, and well over asking price 🏠

Only the 2nd owners of this house since it was built, and owned by the same family for the last 58 years... Not sure what will happen here, but I hope whatever happens, that it's good for the neighborhood.

Personally, this was sort of an end of an era, bittersweet sale... IYKYK.
