Just another day in the life of a Montana real estate broker! 🏡🚗

No two days are ever quite the same, and that’s one of the things I love most about what I do!

Today started with a walk around a beautiful 23-acre property with the owner, getting ready for photos and everything that goes into bringing a property to market.

Next stop was Honey House Lane, meeting up with our photographer to capture another property that’s coming to market later this month.

Then it was off to downtown Hamilton to visit with a homeowner who’s thinking about selling next spring.

And finally, up to Soft Rock to mark property boundaries, take some photos, and get a few more things checked off the list!

Turns out, talking on the phone all day IS a real job. 😂📱

Between buyers, sellers, lenders, inspectors, title companies, contractors, and everyone in between… some days I feel like my phone is permanently attached to my hand.
