It's Closing Day Via Mobile Notary 😀🏡

From Georgia to Texas! 🔑Another set of keys officially has an owner! I’m so grateful to my client for trusting me to be her eyes and boots on the ground here in Texas while she prepares for her military move from Georgia.

From virtual home tours to getting under contract and all the way to the closing table, the entire process was handled remotely. Today, a mobile notary went directly to her home in Georgia, and just like that, CLOSED!

Now, when she arrives in Central Texas in a couple of weeks, there’s no house hunting to worry about. Her home will already be waiting for her.

Thank you for trusting me with such an important part of your move. It was truly a pleasure helping make this transition a little easier.
