Sorry for keeping you guessing… we promise we haven’t been hibernating. 😄

While we’ve been a little quiet on social media lately, we’ve been making progress where it matters most—on the ground.

Here’s a quick update on one of our current projects: Green Lane Meadows.

We’re excited to share that we’ve officially crossed the halfway point and are currently working through Phase 3B of the four phases that make up this 205-lot community.

The progress has been incredible to watch, and at the pace we’re moving, this road will be full by fall.

A huge thank you to our team, partners, and homeowners who are helping bring this community to life. Stay tuned—we’ll be sharing more project updates in the months ahead.

Excited to welcome our new medical tenant to this prime corner property in desirable Hampden Township. This highly visible location is just minutes from three major hospitals, making it an ideal setting for a medical practice.

This building is especially meaningful to us—our first building built for Dawood Engineering office when company was young, and to continue its legacy truly feels full circle.

Good Hope Ventures & Dawood Engineering President/CEO Bony Dawood joined OSS Health CEO Shawn Lovelady as a keynote speaker during ribbon cutting ceremonies for OSS Health Enola—a leading-edge adult and pediatric orthopaedic care facility open for business on the 1st floor at 1926 Good Hope Road.

GHV welcomes OSS Health Enola to our newest 65,000 square-foot building, where we facilitated land acquisition & development and infrastructure & exterior architectural design. Behind-the-scenes coordination included township approval and financing.

Bony stressed how having strong team members on the project was essential to developing this marquee facility.

In 2022, we acquired the 1920 Good Hope Road school building with an existing surplus of raw land. Focused on finding the highest and best use of the undeveloped portion, Dawood Engineering helped transform this field into a new 65,000-square-foot Class A medical and office space. Great attendance at yesterday’s Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors Brunch and Learn event, hosted by Enders Andrew Enders and Jesse Harlan, CIC, in Lower Paxton Township, Pennsylvania. Our team attended and connected with local professionals across the region.

Speaker Jeff Klare, Lower Paxton Township Director of Economic Development, shared insights into the region's future commercial and residential real estate and discussed the Colonial Park Mall redevelopment plans.
