Itβs a great time to take your favorite pizza dough and cook it out on the grill! Here are a few tips for getting the dough to a perfect golden-brown appearance and crispiness.
First, spread the dough out on a baking sheet before transferring it to your grill. Youβll want to grease both the dough and your grill rack to keep it from sticking. Place the dough greased side down on your grill. When that side is done, grease the top and flip the dough. Keep the grill closed for a minute or two before flipping it over and adding your favorite toppings!
