With a background that runs the gamut from legal to banking, IT consulting and programming, training and real estate development, Irvette draws on many kinds of exper
ience to help her clients be successful. She also previously ran her own business involving horse training, boarding and riding lessons. Irvette married a Brit that she met while working for Peter Paul Cadbury. Irvette and her husband moved to Central Pennsylvania in 1989. They currently reside in the Hummelstown area and her husband is a professor for The Penn State University since retiring from The Hershey Company. They have 2 grown sons, Liam and Devin. If you ask Irvette, Central Pennsylvania is a wonderful place to raise a family. The people are friendly and warm, and the community is welcoming to all. Equestrian pursuits are part of Irvette's make up! She served in several positions in the PA Arabian Horse Association, and is currently Past President and Treasurer. During her tenure as President, she was responsible for overseeing 6 districts and over 20 officers as well as the programs for members. She frequently attended both state and national shows and was a delegate to the national convention. Volunteering has always been important to the Timmses. Irvette was involved with the PTA and the band programs serving on committees and as treasurer for the HS Band Boosters. For over 25 years, they have been involved with PMCA, a confectionery industry group based in PA that brings together people from all over the world to discuss confectionary subjects of all kinds at yearly conference. The family has had a lot of different critters (dogs, cats, goats, guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, birds, lizards, fish) through their life, but 2021 was a sad year in which Adrian and Irvette said good bye to their 18 year old sweet blind cat, Monique, and their beautiful retired showhorse, Sinatra, at age 24. Irvette is looking for a new equine partner and they are considering when the best time will be to welcome a new cat to the household. Irvette has used her wide range of skills and her sincere care for the people of Central Pennsylvania to become a trusted Real Estate agent for Joy Daniels Office.
