Buyer #1: Looking anywhere from Boone County to Baxter County. They need a 3 bed/2 bath, 2-car garage and 1,800+ sq ft. Acreage isn’t important.

Buyer #2: Looking for 5+ acres — acreage is important to them. They need at least a 3 bed/2 bath and 1,800–2,500 sq ft. location is pretty open, they prefer Boone County to Carroll County.

One of my favorite weekends of the year!

I love getting to help with the RE/MAX balloon and watch these giant balloons go from laying flat on the ground to floating high above us. It’s such a cool experience, and honestly, it never gets old!

Today was such a special day getting to help these wonderful clients close on their forever home!!
