Designed to preserve the hist

ory and character of the original structure, Capewell Lofts is targeting LEED® Silver certification. The building will feature an industrial chic design with large windows, exposed brick and concrete floors and ceilings, as well as sweeping views of the Hartford skyline and C**t Park. But Capewell’s most distinctive feature will be the new life and sense of community it infuses into the already vibrant Sheldon Charter Oak neighborhood. Located less than a mile from downtown Hartford as well as Hartford Hospital’s main campus, and just 1/3 of a mile from the Front Street entertainment district and UCONN’s soon to open downtown Campus, Capewell Lofts offers the best of downtown right in your back yard.

As we honor this important day in history, we recognize the contributions, achievements, and culture of the Black community while reflecting on the work that continues to build a more inclusive future.
