The building will feature an industrial chic design with large windows, exposed brick and concrete floors and ceilings, as well as sweeping views of the Hartford skyline and C**t Park. But Capewell’s most distinctive feature will be the new life and sense of community it infuses into the already vibrant Sheldon Charter Oak neighborhood. Located less than a mile from downtown Hartford as well as Hartford Hospital’s main campus, and just 1/3 of a mile from the Front Street entertainment district and UCONN’s soon to open downtown Campus, Capewell Lofts offers the best of downtown right in your back yard.
