Some closings are smooth sailing… and then there are the ones that seem to bring another hurdle every other day. 😅 This transaction took months longer than anyone expected, required patience from everyone involved, and tested just about every ounce of perseverance we had.

But in the end… WE CLOSED! 🔑❤️🎉

A huge thank you to our buyers, who never gave up. Every time the lender asked for something else, they handled it. (NOTE: Not one of our recommended lenders).
