Tina is a native Houstonian who made her home in Waller County for the past 35 years and now resides in Cypress with her husband Shane. She spends her free time with her husband gardening, attending the theater, traveling and enjoys spending time in community service, which has included working at a food pantry, comforting the elderly and assisting people struggling with addictions. Combined Tina and Shane have six children and Tina is the proud grandmother of three. In 2016, Tina’s husband Shane Schroeter, a Senior Project Manager with experience in Commercial Interiors and Facilities Management, joined Tina at Heritage Texas Properties as her assistant and business partner. Today, working together, they share a passion for providing quality service and understand the necessity of listening closely to client’s needs.
