Apparently I've been preparing for real estate since kindergarten. 😂

I may be a little taller now, but not much has changed.

✔️ Still love meeting new people
✔️ Still ask a lot of questions
✔️ Still enjoy helping others
✔️ Still excited when good things happen for people

The only difference is now I help families buy and sell homes instead of organizing imaginary business meetings in my living room.

Real estate has changed a lot over the years, but one thing hasn't:

People still want to work with someone they trust.

Most of my business comes from referrals, and that's something I never take for granted. Every recommendation, introduction, and shared post means more than you probably realize.

• still thinking about it
• or already making moves

Neither is wrong — but clarity matters.

If buying or selling has been on your mind since January and nothing has changed yet, it might be time to revisit the plan instead of waiting for the “perfect moment.”
