I really am looking out for you here, I promise. Before you click “Request a tour”, let me tell you what really happens when you click that little blue button…

That one click then sends your information out to not just one, but a TON of Realtors in the area all at once. Before you know it, your phone will be lighting up with calls and texts from people you have never met.

Wyatt and Faith bought their first rental property a few years ago, but things didn’t go as planned. Between appraisal issues and other hurdles, selling it wasn’t easy, but their goal was financial freedom, and this helped them move forward.

In a post-COVID world, one thing I’ve noticed is this: people really don’t want the government or anyone honestly telling them what they can and can’t do.

That mindset has trickled down into everything… homes, HOAs, restrictive covenants.

And somehow… we became those people, too.

My wife said she wanted chickens, so here we are.

We’ve done this before—13 of them to be exact—but they were pretty low on the totem pole and a beautiful Lady and the Tramp-level fox decided they looked like lunch.

So now we’re back.

New coop.
New spot.
Trial 2.

I used to say I’d never have chickens. Thought they were gross.

But I love my wife, so now we have chickens.

And honestly?
They’re not bad. Pretty easy. Kind of fun.
Also, no roosters.
For obvious reasons.

Javier and his crew are the kind of guys you’re grateful to have in your corner. When it comes to heavy equipment, they’re absolute pros — if you can picture it, they can make it happen.

I’ve worked with Javier multiple times personally and I’ve confidently referred him to my clients for everything from major grading and foundation site prep to septic systems and more. Every single time they’ve delivered. They show up when they say they will, communicate clearly throughout the process, and take real pride in doing the job right.

The first time I hired Javier was to scrape and seed our land. Then I got a little ambitious and decided I wanted more usable space, so he literally carved out part of our mini mountain, leveled it, and came back to hay and seed it. He’s also helped us with water diversion and stump removal, things that could’ve easily become headaches but didn’t because of his expertise.
