INSPECTION COMPLETE‼️ I use Thermal Imaging every inspection to help find hidden leaks, moisture problems, and any missing insulation. This wasn’t a real problem but nonetheless the client needed to know.

CRAWLSPACE INSPECTION COMPLETE‼️I think I might have 1-2 more years left in me to be doing all this crawling 🤦🏾‍♂️😂. Time to add a crawlbot to the toy chest.

REINSPECTION COMPLETE‼️ Doesn’t really matter if the seller agrees to make certain repairs but then doesn’t do them. You’d be surprised how many times we come back and they haven’t done what they said they would. Sometimes the Reinspection is just as important as the initial Inspection.

ROOF INSPECTION COMPLETE‼️The main things I’m looking at while on the roof are the condition of the shingles, the roof vents, and any areas where water may potentially enter the home 🕵🏾‍♂️🕵🏾‍♂️

INSPECTION COMPLETE‼️ A water heater without a Temperature and Pressure Relief (TPR) valve drain line is a serious safety hazard and a code violation, as it can cause dangerous, high-temperature water or steam to spray directly into the room during a failure. Missing drain lines are ALWAYS at the top of the repair priority list.

INSPECTION COMPLETE‼️It’s all fun & games until you’re getting burnt. It takes only one second for water at 155˚F to cause a third degree burn. My thumb was sizzling in just half a second 😬😬 For the safety of everyone in your household, set your hot water heater to 125˚F or less.

INSPECTION COMPLETE‼️Client knows what to expect now during hard rains. Puddles all over the yard. Not the worst thing but at least they won’t be surprised the first time they see it. And they have the knowledge now to decide if that’s what they want to deal with.
