Most turnover issues happen when planning starts after a tenant moves out. That leads to rushed repairs, longer vacancies, and unnecessary headaches.

That’s why we follow a 5-step turnover process that starts 60 days before move-out 👇

Step 1: 60-Day Notice
As soon as a tenant gives notice, we schedule a walkthrough within 7 days.

Step 2: 60-Day Walkthrough
We identify needed repairs and estimate how long everything will take.

Step 3: Turnover Schedule
Using those notes, we create a clear schedule—what gets done, when, and by who.

Step 4: Move-Out Walkthrough
Once the unit is empty, we execute the plan and handle anything additional.

Step 5: New Tenant Moves In
