The county just modernized how it manages property and parcel records across more than 820,000 parcels to make it faster and more efficient to support things like home construction, business development, emergency response planning, and infrastructure projects.

By bringing decades of land records into one modern GIS platform, county teams can now update parcel information more quickly, improve coordination between departments, and strengthen services to residents and businesses.

The High Desert market is showing some interesting shifts this week. While the median list price in San Bernardino County has ticked up to $522,044, we are seeing a significant amount of movement beneath the surface.

Here are the key takeaways for your clients:

Inventory is climbing: We currently have 4,333 active listings, giving buyers a few more options than in previous months.

Pricing strategy is critical: 27% of listings saw a price decrease this week. This suggests that while list prices are high, the market is quickly correcting for "over-ambitious" pricing.

Speed to sale: Average days on market has dipped to 125. Homes are moving slightly faster if they are priced right from the start.
