This past spring, Beverly Serral and Courtney May took 23 South Beach Lagoon through a thoughtful renovation, addressing what the home needed first, then turning their attention to what an already exceptional oceanfront home could become.

Opening sightlines, reconsidering windows and doors, reworking bathrooms and the poolside lounge, and making intentional changes throughout the home were all part of creating something that not only looks beautiful, but functions beautifully too.
