What a way to end the week AND the month of August! 🏡✨ Two Hingham closings, both over asking price!

First, 11 Ship Street, a home filled with so many wonderful memories and now ready for a new family to make their own. We were honored to represent the sellers and loved working with Felicia Captain on the other side of the transaction.
