Fun Fact:
The highest mortgage rate ever recorded was 18.63% in 1981. Today's rates hover around 7%, a level we've already touched in 2022, 2024, and 2025. Suddenly, things don't look so bad.

And here's the part that gets lost in the headlines: rate or no rate, homeowners are building equity every month they own instead of rent. Waiting for the "perfect" number could mean missing out on months (or years) of equity growth. 📈🏡
