Excited to share two recent milestones in Hoboken and I couldn’t be happier for my clients!

These transactions are a great reminder that every client and every property requires a different approach. At 529 Adams Street, Unit 1 (first two pics), I had the privilege of representing the buyer and helping them secure an incredible Midtown Hoboken duplex with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a dedicated office, and a rare private backyard. Weehawken experienced lighter activity in April, with just 9 homes sold and 47 active listings. Homes are spending about 52 days on market, signaling a slower, more selective pace. Despite this, pricing remains strong, with average sold prices around $1.14M showing continued demand for this waterfront pocket.

Jersey City | April 2026 Market Snapshot

Jersey City saw a more balanced market in April, with 777 active units and 150 homes sold. Properties are taking longer to move, averaging 47 days on market, while pricing remains steady around the mid-$800Ks. With more inventory available, buyers have more room to evaluate but strong pricing and presentation still make all the difference.
