RATES ARE UP… BUT THAT DOESN’T MEAN BUYERS ARE LOSING. 👀

In fact, higher rates can create opportunity for buyers who know how to negotiate.

Here’s what I’m seeing:

🏡 Buyers are STILL buying.
Over 100 new escrows opened on O‘ahu just last week.

💰 But buyers have more leverage than they may realize.

When a seller is motivated, we can potentially negotiate for things like:

✨ A lower purchase price
✨ Seller-paid closing costs
✨ Seller-paid interest-rate buydowns
✨ Repairs or credits
✨ Other concessions that can reduce the buyer’s overall cost

And this is where strategy matters.

The market doesn’t have to be “perfect” for you to buy.

You need to know where the leverage is. 🎯

And right now, there are opportunities for buyers who are prepared, strategic, and willing to negotiate.

The biggest mistake you can make in real estate? Assuming the market works the same way it did a few years ago.

Whether you’re looking to buy your first home, upgrade, downsize, or sell your current property, understanding today’s market can make a significant difference in your strategy.

Here’s what I want buyers and sellers to understand:
