5 Design Trends Emerging from the Pandemic this year. I have to agree with #1. In 2019, we moved to a house with a detached home office outback. At first, I thought it was a waste of space and we used it more for storage but with COVID19 and everyone having to work from home, it was a lifesaver for my husband to have his own quiet space to work and have conference calls.

COVID-19 likely will have a lasting influence on home styles.

This is outrageous! Homeowners are facing roughly a 50% increase in monthly fees. If you are considering buying this is why looking at all the financial information is so important. Being a new building though they only had estimates so the developer is saying that underestimated the cost.

Living in Kakaako was supposed to be pretty affordable for several hundred moderate-income Hawaii residents who bought into a condominium tower via lottery last year at Ward Village.
