Hey Hoover, great opportunity to come out tomorrow night for some great food and an even better cause!

Here on this platform, we’ve always tried to share a little piece of our joy, our happiness, and our family with all of you. But today, with the deepest pain and sorrow in our hearts, we have to share something no one is ever truly prepared to say: we have lost one of our own.

There are no words that can truly express the emptiness and heartbreak that comes with losing someone we love. At times like this, all we can do is come together, support one another, and help in any way we can.

We want to sincerely thank every single person who has supported us and, most importantly, supported Jacobo’s family through the GoFundMe. Your generosity, prayers, messages, and kindness have meant more than you could ever know.

We are still raising funds to help his family through this unimaginable time and to ease, even in a small way, the financial burden that comes with everything they are facing. We want to keep that momentum going and continue showing them that they are not alone.

On top of being an engineer and your Realtor, I also have held an Apprentice Plumber/Gas Fitter card in the state of Alabama for a number of years. Tonight I got to put that particular skill set to use!

I can’t say “THANK YOU” enough to everyone who has made it possible to meet these goals! Without all of my awesome clients, none of this would be possible, and that is something I do not take lightly!

One of the best gauge of client satisfaction that I use are repeat clients and referrals from past clients. In the past 2-years, I’ve been blessed with multiple repeat clients, a couple who have done 3-transactions each!

🏠🏠 This one was a journey! 🏠🏠

A cash sale, on vacant land, not asking for any concessions, and no contingencies…

This should have been the easiest and fastest path to closing ever…”should” being the operative word there! 😂

Between heirship issues with a minor child of a deceased husband of the widowed seller and delays in the Probate Court, our “2-weeks to close” turned into “nearly 4-months to close”.

Thankful for the sweetest buyers who stuck with us through all of the delays and now own the perfect lot for their dream home!
