Reminder...when you are on a month to month lease, most lease contracts say you still must provide proper notice to vacate. Make sure you read your lease or ask your landlord how to properly end your lease. I have had customers end up with a broken lease, because they thought their lease was over and didn't give proper notice prior to vacating.
