🚲📚 Another school year is underway, and I’m so excited to kick it off by delivering the Pedaling for Perfect Attendance bikes to Timber’s Elementary!

For the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting this program, and it continues to be something that means so much to me. There’s nothing better than investing in our kids, celebrating their hard work, and giving them a little extra motivation to show up and succeed! ❤️

These bikes are just one small way we can recognize students for their dedication and encourage them to make school attendance a priority.

It was also great getting to visit with Principal Mr. Gerga and catch up before the new school year gets into full swing!

Here’s to a fantastic year filled with learning, growth, and lots of reasons to celebrate! 🎉🍎🚲

16 Years ❤️🏡

Today marks 16 years since I got my real estate license, and I honestly can’t believe how quickly the time has gone.

I still remember how scary it was to take that leap and become a small business owner. I had no idea what I was getting myself into, and there have definitely been plenty of moments over the years when it has been challenging, stressful, and anything but easy.

People sometimes think being a REALTOR® is easy; showing a few houses, putting a sign in the yard, and waiting for a closing. But what you don’t see is everything that happens behind the scenes: the late nights, early mornings, negotiations, problem-solving, paperwork, phone calls, unexpected challenges, balancing work while on a family vacation, and the constant pressure of making sure you’re taking care of your clients. Being in business for yourself means there is no guaranteed paycheck and no clock to punch. When things are slow, you feel it. When things go wrong, it’s on you to figure it out.

But despite all of that, becoming a REALTOR® was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. It gave me the flexibility to be there for my family in ways that a traditional job may not have allowed. It has given me the opportunity to build something of my own, meet so many incredible people, and be a part of some of the biggest moments in my clients’ lives.

And I know without a doubt that I would not have made it 16 years without the people who have supported me along the way. ❤️

To my family and friends who have encouraged me, referred me, shared my posts, recommended me, and believed in me, THANK YOU!!!

To every client, past and present, who trusted me with your home, your investment, your move, and such an important part of your life, THANK YOU!!! Your trust means more to me than you know.
