David is the heart of our maintenance team, and his hard work, leadership, and dedication are a huge part of what keeps our community running smoothly every single day. From overseeing daily operations to making sure our residents feel safe and comfortable, he consistently goes above and beyond in every way.

His reliability, attention to detail, and commitment never go unnoticed, and we are so grateful for everything he does behind the scenes for both our residents and our team.

Fun fact: David is a big fan of orange juice so if you see him around, be sure to say hello and maybe even bring him some orange juice 🍊
