Having been in this business for 25 years there have been so many challenges this past year that have affected the Real Estate industry including inventory, housing affordability, interest rates, buyers & sellers price expectations, inflation, politics, rising insurance costs, property taxes, HOA’s and new regulations, and the list goes on…

Buyers and Sellers felt frustrated, apprehensive, and hesitant which is understandable. This has been my career for 25 years and it’s always changing and it’s not an easy career. Sometimes I think I’m crazy (I am 😜) to have made it this long but I really do ❤️ what I do! I have a passion for helping my clients.
