Indigo was planned so you actually have room around you.

There are trails, parks, and a 25 acre lake built into the neighborhood, but you’re still close to the places you end up going every week. Groceries and errands at Brazos Town Center, appointments at Houston Methodist, or grabbing dinner at Messina Hof or heading to Smart Financial Centre are all nearby. It’s in Fort Bend ISD and in a part of Richmond that still feels a little quieter.

We’ve officially started building in Richmond.

Our new community, Indigo, is underway and our model is opening Spring 2026. It sits in Fort Bend County close to the places people use every day like Brazos Town Center, Houston Methodist, and Smart Financial Centre, while still feeling a little quieter.

You’ll start seeing progress over the coming months, but we’ll share updates along the way.
