As Hispanic Heritage Month comes to a close, we are ending our Board Spotlight series by celebrating the leader at the heart of our 2026 chapter, our President, Jenniffer Burnley.

Born and raised in Lima, Peru, Jenniffer’s journey has taken her across countries, careers, and communities, ultimately bringing her to Houston, a city she now proudly calls home.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Information Technology, Jenniffer brings a systems minded and strategic approach to everything she does. Since entering real estate in 2018, she has built her career around serving families, strengthening relationships, creating opportunities, and helping others grow.

Today, she serves as Team Operations Agent for The Legacy Collective at REAL Broker, LLC, helping support systems, team growth, and agent success. Her commitment to our industry also extends through her service as a TREPAC Trustee and her involvement with HAR and Texas REALTORS®.

Her leadership has been recognized as a HAR YPN 20 Under 40 honoree and a Texas REALTORS® 2025 REALTOR® to Watch.

Jenniffer has the honor of serving as President of NAHREP Houston, leading a chapter filled with professionals whose cultures, stories, experiences, and passion remind us exactly why representation matters.

Jenniffer’s favorite saying reflects a journey that is still being written:

As we close Hispanic Heritage Month, we are reminded that our heritage is not something we celebrate for only 30 days. It lives in the way we lead, the families we serve, the doors we open, and the legacy we leave behind.

We keep celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month by honoring the leaders who bring their cultura, experience, and heart to our NAHREP Houston familia.

Today, we are proud to spotlight Jenny Correa, Vice President of the NAHREP Houston Board of Directors, a respected real estate leader with more than 23 years of experience in the Houston market.

Jenny specializes in both residential and commercial real estate, serving Northwest Houston and surrounding communities including Cypress, Tomball, Magnolia, Hockley, Waller, and Round Top. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for strategic negotiation, professionalism, integrity, and first class service.

Her leadership continues through The Jenny Correa Team at Nan and Company Properties, where she is helping lead the company’s expansion into Cypress. She has also been recognized four times as a NAHREP Top 250 agent, a reflection of the consistency and dedication she has brought to our industry over the years. 🏡

Jenny’s commitment to NAHREP runs deep. With six years of involvement and leadership within the organization, she continues to help strengthen our chapter, support our members, and advance opportunities for Hispanic real estate professionals and the families we serve.

Originally from Colombia 🇨🇴, Jenny’s journey into real estate began with a desire to help families achieve meaningful milestones. Today, she leads a family based team with that same philosophy, treating clients with care, creating lasting relationships, and helping others move confidently toward their goals.

Last day celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month by honoring the leaders who have helped shape our NAHREP Houston familia.

Today, we are proud to spotlight Olga Lozano, Past President of NAHREP Houston, a Houston REALTOR®, finance minded strategist, community leader, and dedicated advocate for the families she serves.

A native Houstonian, Olga has been in real estate since 2017 and brings a unique perspective to every transaction through her background in financial services and marketing. With both a BBA and MBA in Finance, she combines strong market knowledge with financial insight to help her clients make informed, confident decisions.

Her commitment to growth and professional development is reflected in her PSA and RENE designations, completion of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program, and the HAR Business Management Program.

Olga also served as 2025 President of NAHREP Houston, helping lead our chapter with dedication, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to advancing our mission and strengthening our community.

Today, we are proud to spotlight James Navarre, Director at Large on the NAHREP Houston Board of Directors, a lifelong Greater Houston resident and Title Representative who brings a genuine passion for community, networking, and relationship building to everything he does.

James has deep roots across the Houston area and brings a strong understanding of the people, neighborhoods, and relationships that make our real estate community so special.

His commitment to service began early, earning the rank of Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America, and it continues today through his involvement with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. He also brings a diverse background in marketing, branding, and customer service, which allows him to connect people, build meaningful professional relationships, and serve as a trusted resource throughout the real estate process.

As a member of our Board of Directors, James brings that same relationship first mindset to NAHREP Houston and is always focused on helping our community grow stronger together.

Today, we are also proud to spotlight Laura Hernandez, Treasurer of the NAHREP Houston Board of Directors, affectionately known by many of us as “La Tesorito.” 💛

Laura is a bilingual REALTOR® serving clients throughout the Greater Houston area with a strong focus on education, communication, and creating a smooth, results driven real estate experience. Her background and designations as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) allow her to serve clients through many different stages of life and homeownership.

She is also a soon to be graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program (TRLP) and continues to lead with faith, loyalty, commitment, and trust in both her business and her service to our community.

As our Treasurer, Laura brings care, responsibility, and heart to the work she does for NAHREP Houston. She is someone who believes leadership is not only about what we accomplish, but about how we serve others along the way.

Today, we are proud to spotlight Karla Arias, Membership Director on the NAHREP Houston Board of Directors, a Houston area REALTOR®, Commercial Property Manager, and real estate leader with more than 17 years of experience in the industry 🤩.

Karla is a multi-million dollar producer with Surge Realty and has built her career around relationships, service, and helping others find opportunities to grow.

Her leadership and involvement throughout the real estate community have earned her recognition as a HAR YPN 20 Under 40 honoree and a Negocios Now Latinos 40 Under 40 recipient. Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month by honoring the leaders who bring their cultura, experience, and heart to our NAHREP Houston familia.

Today, we are proud to spotlight Lisa Eureste, Secretary of the NAHREP Houston Board of Directors, a broker, entrepreneur, mentor, and longtime leader in Houston real estate.

Lisa entered real estate in 2011 after spending 13 years in the title industry. Since then, her career has taken her from managing HUD foreclosures to new construction, where she successfully sold out a Garden Oaks community in less than two years and earned a Million Dollar Circle Award from the Greater Houston Builders Association Sales and Marketing Council. 🏡

In 2017, Lisa took another leap and opened Tejas Realty Group, starting with just two agents and growing the brokerage into a team of 18. Her story is a beautiful example of what can happen when experience, determination, and a commitment to helping others come together.

Her leadership also extends far beyond her brokerage. Lisa has served as 2023 Women’s Council of REALTORS® Houston President, 2024 Texas District Vice President, 2025 National Women’s Council of REALTORS® Global Mastermind Co-Chair, and currently serves as the 2026 Women’s Council of REALTORS® Texas Global Mastermind Chair. She also gives her time to HAR, Texas REALTORS®, and her local school community.

Today, we are proud to spotlight Miguel A. Gutierrez, NAHREP Houston Government Affairs Director, a REALTOR®, bilingual advocate, and community leader who has dedicated years to service, public policy, education, and strengthening Houston’s Hispanic community.

Miguel has been a REALTOR® since 2011 and brings more than 13 years of nonprofit volunteer leadership experience in fundraising, public speaking, marketing, communications, event planning, and team leadership.

As our Government Affairs Director, Miguel works to help ensure that public policy conversations reflect the needs of Houston’s Hispanic community and the real estate professionals who serve it. Through his involvement with HAR’s Governmental Affairs & Advocacy Group, he helps connect REALTORS® with local, state, and federal government while advocating on issues that affect real estate and private property rights.

His commitment to service also extends beyond real estate. Miguel has helped build Spanish education programs and conferences through SCORE/SBA and has served on the Board of the Institute of Hispanic Culture of Houston, creating opportunities for education, connection, and community impact.

Proud of his Colombian heritage 🇨🇴, Miguel leads with a belief that success is not only about what we accomplish for ourselves, but what we make possible for others.
