It's hard to believe, but I have been helping Buyers and Sellers achieve their personal and financial goals through residential and farm and ranch property ownership for over 17 years! Threshold Realty has had many different faces throughout the years from a one-man show to a boutique real estate firm with a dozen agents. While I loved mentoring other agents, I have settled back into being the hands and feet of the business, which would not be possible without my other half and business partner, Damon Welborn. Despite the changes throughout the years, one thing that has never changed is our unrelenting commitment to integrity and our ‘no stone unturned’ approach to shepherding our clients through the entire transaction and beyond. We tell our clients ‘They have us for life!’
If this sounds like the type of business partners with whom you or your connections would like to work, then please reach out. We’d love to hear from you! When we are not helping you with your residential and farm and ranch needs, you’ll find us piddling on our property in Tomball trying grow things and adding to our menagerie, as well as volunteering with Tomball Young Life.
