He gives without ever keeping score, stays calm even when the world gets loud, and still carries a hunger to get better every single day. That mix is rare. That mix is powerful. Dwayne is "Your Guy"

Watching him grow as a realtor has been incredible. He is sharp, steady, and committed to improving his skills in a way that lifts everyone around him. This place runs stronger because he is in the building.
